Who operates the game?
Astra X Verse VR is developed and operated by Berk Kacan / AVA Games. This notice covers the Meta Horizon Store edition for Meta Quest 3 and Quest 3S, and the game website. It does not cover private developer builds or a developer PC control panel.

Gameplay data on your headset
The game uses headset and controller positions and orientations to render your viewpoint, move the player and calculate interactions. Where supported and enabled, hand-tracking data is used for in-game interaction. The Store edition processes these gameplay inputs on the headset.
Mixed reality uses the headset’s scene and spatial-anchor information, including room geometry and virtual-object positions, with the relevant system permission. Passthrough displays the real room through the headset platform. The Store edition does not perform raw-camera image analysis or send room images to a developer PC or an AI service.
Settings and saved worlds
The game can save world and room layouts, placed objects, avatar choices and player-height preferences in local app storage. These files let the game restore your choices. They remain until overwritten or removed through the headset’s app-data controls or app removal. There is currently no in-game delete-all control.
Deleting local app data does not itself delete platform-managed cloud backups or copies exported elsewhere. Manage those copies separately through the relevant platform or storage service. AVA Games cannot remotely remove files held only on your headset.
Audio and external connections
The Store edition does not include microphone dictation, Android text-to-speech, AI conversations, raw-camera object analysis, PC multiplayer, developer-PC communication or remote editing. These developer features do not transmit Store-edition gameplay data to DeepSeek or other AI providers. Native game sound effects and local companion text remain part of gameplay.
Support messages
If you email us, Berk Kacan / AVA Games receives your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We process this information to handle your enquiry, respond and investigate reported issues. Screenshots and logs are optional. We do not use support messages as a marketing subscription.
Support correspondence is kept as needed to handle the enquiry and related follow-up. You may request deletion by emailing berk@hamburg.games. If information must be retained for a legal obligation or to address an ongoing dispute, we will explain the relevant limitation when responding.
Website and hosting
This website contains no analytics or advertising scripts, tracking cookies, remote fonts, account system or support form. Language selection uses the page URL and does not create browser storage. Images load from this site. Email links open your own email application.
The website is hosted by Hostinger. Hosting servers process technical connection data, such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser information and request times, to deliver and protect the service. Technical server logs are managed by the hosting provider under its applicable service and privacy arrangements. We do not promise a fixed server-log deletion period or claim that a website without tracking scripts produces no server logs.
Meta platform services
Meta separately operates the headset platform, system tracking, app distribution and any platform-managed purchasing or backup services under its own policies. This notice explains AVA Games’ practices; it does not replace Meta’s privacy policies.

Your choices and deletion requests
Review the app’s system permissions in your headset settings. Disabling spatial or tracking access may prevent the related feature from working. Use the headset’s app-data controls to remove local app copies, and separately manage platform backups and exports.
For access, correction or deletion of information held by Berk Kacan / AVA Games, email berk@hamburg.games with the subject “Astra X Verse VR — privacy” and describe the request. We may ask for the information necessary to locate your correspondence and confirm the request. Do not send passwords, access tokens or payment-card details.
Changes to this notice
We update this page when the game’s relevant data practices change. The date above identifies the current version. Contact us if you have a question about a change.
